Connect this to your chargers output socket then connect on to your main battery leads and plug your balance lead from your battery into this unit. You will get a series of lights to confirm the cell count and the battery condition then just push the start button on your charger and the rest is AUTOMATIC! (always read all battery and charger safety and warning instructions when charging and using Lithium batteries)
