Tamiya have over 30 years of design experience in the radio controlled car market. Their tried and tested style of diagramatic instruction booklet, backed up by scale drawings and written text give an excellent starting point in radio controlled car building. Parts are packed according to the order in which they are used, and electrical components are designed as plug n' play. No Soldering required. Most projects take approximately 4-5 hours, and are absorbing and educational.

All kits come excluding the Radio Control set, battery and chargers, so these need to be purchased as an add-on, or if you've already had a car of this type just transfer the radio across. We generally recommend Tamiya Polycarbonate Spray Paints, which give an excellent finish, these can be purchased separately, so as to give a choice of colours.

The top class sports sedan Toyota Aristo, otherwise known as the Toyota Lexus GS has attracted attention all around the world with its combination of stylish European looks and superb Japanese technology since it was first released in 1991. This R/C model comes on the new TT-01Type E Drift chassis which and is equipped with Tamiya LED light unit TLU- 01, headlights, and taillights which realistically replicates the Aristo's lighting dynamics.

Supplied�in kit form, with easy to follow; step-by-step instructions;�but requires additional items to run.

Based on the lightweight and user-friendly TT-01E chassis for effortless assembly.

4WD shaft driven bathtub chassis with coil spring damped, 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension and sealed front and rear differential gearbox.

Drift-spec modifications include special suspension tuning, full ball bearings, RS-540 sport tuned motor, aluminum heat sink, CVA super mini shock dampers and short springs and adjustable upper arms.

Polycarbonate body and newly designed font and rear light cases capture the Aristo�s beautiful form.

Installed on the stylish wheels are Super Driftech tires which are specially designed for long-lasting drift action. (24mm, offset +2)

Includes Electronic Speed Controller (TEU-101 BK).

Includes LED Light Unit (TLU-01) and 2 x white LED's (Front) and 2 x red LED's (Rear).

Add separately available LED lights for a greater sense of realism.

Add Tamiya LED Light Control Unit (TLU-02) Item 53937 for more control of light operations.
