The 24 Series Spinners free float while your car is in motion. Stop, and the spinners spin making your car appears as if you were on the gas. The spinners are made from aluminum and polished-off to a mirror-like finish. Each spinner comes complete with 2 8/32 nuts and 2 4mm nuts. And, the free-floating action is achieved by two ball-bearings per spinner.
