Dynamite Glow Heater with Meter & Charger (DYD1925)

Quality Glow Heater with Charger and meter.

The sure lock version is the style usually adopted by the more experienced modeller as no twist is required, just pull up on the contoured finger clip as it meets the plug and release to engage. A red anodised aluminium casing replaces the plastic version and can be unscrewed if the cell ever needs replacing. Both come with a rubber end cover to stop debris or tools entering the business end while not in use. They are available with a fully approved UK 240 volt mains charger, or for the more experienced modeller as a separate item to be used with a field charger. Either item is ideal for use with nitro cars, boats and planes or anything else you care to fit a nitro engine into! A rechargeable sub-c long life Ni-Cd battery is included and is pre-fitted into the body along with a top mounted battery power-meter to show when your glow start is getting low on voltage. The locking type glow stick pushes onto the glow plug and is then locked into place with a twist. The built in long-life Ni-Cd battery and power meter are enclosed in a tough moulded red housing, protecting them from the general rigours of the average tool box.
