Application: Apply Fusion to the bodyshell first. The more coats, the more intense the effect. We suggest three or four coats, each one being spayed at ninety degrees to its predecessor to ensure even coverage. Without any solid colour behind it, it is difficult to see coverage so spraying methodically is important to achieve a good finish. Apply the "base coat". This can be any colour although dark colours work best. Black gives the most dramatic effect.
Cost: This paint is expensive. The cost of material for spaying 'full size' cars using this type of paint vary between £150 and £620 PER LITRE.
Custom Colour White Pearlescent Polycarbonate Spray 150ml (178PW) Not a white paint, but a white pearlescent particle substitute suspended in a clear lacquer. Used with a colour it is applied first and then backed with the colour. It gives a glittery effect with dark colours but can lighten the overall effect of mid colours such as yellow. Works well with white. (Differences between screen setups means that colours shown should only be used as a guide).
