These Nitro Powered Cars run on a pre-mixed nitro fuel, 20% is generally recommended for beginners, but some manufacturers will recommend higher nitro fuels to get maximum performance from the engine. Model Technics Qwikfire fuel gives great performance, and so we suggest this as standard. Nitro engines employ a glow plug, which must be heated with a `glow start', to make starting easy. These glow starts are run from a 1.2v rechargeable NiCad battery, and are supplied with mains chargers. Most of our cars will require these items in addition to the product, and we can supply a NItro Starter Package at minimal cost.Nitro engines are engineered to high precision, but will require adjustment of the air/fuel mixture screw, or 'needle valve' dependent on some external factors. This can be a challenge for the novice, and although all our Radio Controlled Cars come supplied with comprehensive instructions, we also carry an excellent Start & Tune DVD, which will teach you all you need to know about running your nitro powered model car. There's nothing like seeing a demonstration. Drive safely! We recommend the fitting of a failsafe device, to prevent these high powered cars running away if radio signal is lost, or receiver batteries run low. These clever little electronic gadgets can be easily installed in your Radio Controlled Car, and are a small price to pay for peace of mind. Read the Antics help sheet before starting.

Massive, Tough, and Agile The 4WD MTA-4 S28 is a Rottweiler on wheels. No terrain is too challenging for this power crazed Ready to Run 1:8 scale truck. Just slam open the throttle, and the S28 turns tough terrain into minced meat. This is one truck you won't be able to put down !

The super brutal Pro-28 (4.6cc) size engine that has two different starting methods (pull start and hex shaft start) is fitted to a very rigid, extruded aluminum channel chassis which is used to handle the stress of the long travel suspension and high power of the .28 size engine. A reliable, two-speed, adjustable automatic shifting, forward and reverse transmission gives excellent power. The long travel suspension is controlled by 8 adjustable oil damped shocks which handle jump heights in excess of 2 meters. Radio is protected in a one piece electronic equipment container unit. The large capacity fuel tank enables great duration and priming is made easy with the in-line primer pump. High impact absorbing front and rear bumpers protect the chassis and suspension during hard landings and tumbles, and she looks fantastic too, with realistic styled body shell, wheels and tires to match the design of full size monster trucks. Easy & quick body open system.
